Are you an AirBnB host or on Booking.com?

What are the Mylar Blankets for?

Many infrared sauna users typically spend 15-20 minutes in the sauna itself and then wrap themselves with a "space blanket" (a nickname for mylar because astronauts apparently use them). It is entirely up to you whether you want to use one to keep the body warmer for longer for 10-15 minutes after sitting in the Pop up Sauna.

Some customers have asked us to include 3 extra blankets. These can be used to line the inside walls of the Pop up Sauna to better reflect the light and heat, but many first-timers say it gets hot enough without doing this!
